Mixlance and RMC have completed initial investigations to identify potentially suitable types of waste recycled materials that could be used within the mixes produced by the batch heater.

The materials identified include:

  • Glass
  • Fibres, Pigment
  • Cardboard and Packaging waste
  • Foundry Sand, Rubber and Plastic
  • IBA (Incinerator Bottom Ash)
  • Cold Road Planings
